Your mission
You’ll lead the development and execution of our omnichannel retail strategy. Your primary focus will be securing product listings with major retail chains (drugstores, pharmacies, specialty wellness and organic retailers) across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — then scale into broader European markets. You'll also optimize and grow our presence on existing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Niche Beauty, Shopapotheke and Douglas.

Retail Expansion & Account Management
- Develop and own the retail channel expansion roadmap across DACH and other key European countries.• Identify, pitch, and close strategic retail partnerships (e.g., dm, Müller, Rossmann, BIPA, Coop, etc.).
- Manage retailer onboarding, contract negotiations, trade terms, and promotional planning.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with retail buyers and category managers.
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with major retail partners.
- Oversee strategy and growth on Amazon (Seller and/or Vendor Central), Douglas.de, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize product listings, content, ratings & reviews, and advertising performance.
- Coordinate with our digital marketing and operations teams to manage supply, pricing, and conversion performance.
- Own sales forecasting and work closely with operations to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with product, brand, and customer experience teams to tailor go-to-market plans per channel.
- Monitor market trends, category dynamics, and competitor performance to shape sales strategies.
