Amazon Marketplace Manager(w/m/d)

Your mission

As our Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will take full ownership of the HER ONE Amazon storefront across the DACH region. Your goal? Accelerate growth, optimize performance,and strengthen our premium brand presence on Amazon through best-in-class merchandising, operations, and campaigns.

What you’ll do:

Own the P&L for the Amazon channel — drive revenue, manage costs, and optimize profitability
Develop and execute a growth roadmap across Amazon.de and other EU marketplaces
Optimize listings: SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store, and visuals in close collaboration with our brand and design teams
Plan and run promotions aligned with our D2C and retail campaigns
Manage inventory and forecasting, working closely with our operations team toensure availability and reduce stockouts
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, reviews, and BSR rankings— and take data-driven action
Coordinate with external partners or internal experts where needed
Stay ahead of trends and Amazon updates to keep Her One at the forefront of thehealth & wellness category

Your profile

YOU BRING

3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, ideally for aD2C or premium FMCG brand
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills — Excel/Google Sheets and Amazon Analytics are your playground
You’ve run sponsored campaigns (PPC) and understand how to balance visibility and profitability
You bring a customer-first mindset and care deeply about clean, effective products
Experience with Pan-EU logistics, Amazon Vine, or working with FBA and FBM hybrids is a big plus.
