Your mission
As Business Development Manager (w/m/d), you will play a key role in driving the commercial growth of our brand across multiple channels — including DTC, retail, marketplaces and strategic partnerships.
You will identify, develop and scale new business opportunities while optimizing existing revenue streams to accelerate profitable growth.
Beyond core business development and (omni-channel) expansion you will also have the opportunity to lead special projects and high-impact strategic initiatives ranging from international market entry and new channel pilots to innovative commercial collaborations. This is a highly cross-functional and entrepreneurial role, working closely with the founder, leadership, marketing, product, operations and finance to build a scalable, resilient, and future-proof commercial engine for the business.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth Strategy
- Own and develop the commercial growth plan for the business.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and sales channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Forecast revenue growth potential and drive execution to achieve targets.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead or contribute to high-impact cross-functional projects aligned with the company’s growth priorities.
- Drive exploratory initiatives such as new business models, innovative distribution channels, pilot programs or strategic collaborations.
- Support leadership on business cases, market assessments, and execution of new strategic opportunities.
- Act as a "commercial entrepreneur" within the company to test and scale new growth initiatives.
- Track, analyze and report on commercial KPIs and initiative performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales efficiency, conversion rates and margins across initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align commercial initiatives with overall company goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects to launch new channels or expand current ones.
